PRINCIPAL PROCESS ENGINEER

Having recently secured our involvement in a large recruitment campaign, ABLY RESOURCES are currently supporting our FPSO client in their ... search for a PRINCIPAL PROCESS ENGINEER in Houston, Texas.

Accountabilities associated with the role include, but aren’t limited to;

•Lead all phases of Projects from concept development, tender, bids, FEEDs, construction, commissioning, execution, and modification to completion
•Responsible for designing the FPSO, including developing and contributing with input to philosophies and design specification
•Develop PFDs, P&IDs;, data sheets, etc.; develop material take-off and cost input for Process discipline
•Ensure the design meets regulatory, class, client and corporate requirements
•Provide input to the master equipment list
•Size the process equipment and utilities
•Perform Process calculations and simulations
•Follow-up with contractors performing Process related studies
•Meet with clients as needed

The minimum requirements attached to this role are;

•At least a BSc in Chemical Engineering
•7 years experience with the following: working in the FPSO/offshore industry
